Policy of Quality and Environment System
Group Servidis, business services, cleaning, maintenance, gardening and ancillary services specialized companies, aims to achieve greater customer satisfaction as well as greater social inclusion of people with functional diversity (disability) mainly through the supply of services externalizables within good environmental practices.
To do this it has implemented an Environmental Management System and Quality according to international standards: UNE-en ISO 9001 and UNE-en ISO 14001. In light of that quality system and environmental management, the main objectives and commitments made are the following:
- To comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the activities that are developed.
- To comply with the specific requirements of the client and any other to which the organization subscribes.
- Continually improve the effectiveness of the management system, the performance of the processes and the satisfaction of the customers
- Work to improve the employability of people with functional diversity in services that promote integration
- To provide customers right solutions and that will enable them to comply efficiently and effectively with the General Law of Disability (old Law LISMI)
- Decrease the delivery time of the products of commercial brokerage
- Search for professional excellence in the development of services that it offers to the customers
- To prevent any type of aggression, environmental, especially the pollution, the depletion of natural resources, minimization of waste generation and to work by giving preference to products with high cycle life, and reduced environmental impact.
To meet these objectives and commitments that provide the reference framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and goals and quality, defined by this Policy and Environmental Quality which becomes the cornerstone of the Management System implemented.
