As stipulated in article 257 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, approving the consolidated text of the Capital Companies Law, it is stated that a Special Employment Centre Servidis, SL is exempt from performing an external audit of their accounts, to not comply with what is required.
